Help & support

Tuning in is easy.

A short guide to watching services online — what to expect, what to try if something isn’t working, and how to reach us if you need a hand.

01

Getting started

On the day of a service, visit the live page a few minutes before the scheduled start time. The video player appears in the center of the page — press the play button when the service begins.

If you visit early and the player shows a quiet message that the stream hasn’t started, simply refresh the page once the scheduled service time arrives, then press play.

02

Playback issues

If the stream stalls or the picture freezes, the simplest fix is to refresh the page once. Most temporary playback hiccups clear themselves on a fresh load.

  • Try refreshing the page (press the reload button in your browser).
  • Check that your internet connection is working — try opening another website.
  • Use the gear icon in the player to lower the video quality if it keeps buffering.
  • If sound is missing, click the speaker icon in the player to unmute.

03

Watching on a TV

If you have a Chromecast or a Google TV, you can send the stream to your television. Open the live page in the Chrome browser on a phone or computer, and a small cast icon will appear in the player’s controls — tap it and choose your TV.

For other smart TVs, the most reliable option is to open the live page directly in your TV’s built-in web browser, if it has one.

04

Browsers

The stream works in any modern web browser — Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge are all fully supported, on both computers and mobile devices. If you’re running a very old browser version, the simplest solution is usually to update it or try a different one.
